Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Heavy Construction Rental Software

Location: Remote with 10% travel 

Salary: Competitive base salary with target earnings ranging from $75,000-95,000.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: 

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts within the heavy construction rental software industry. Your goal is to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those needs. You will leverage your industry knowledge, sales acumen, and available resources to close deals and contribute to our growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Do Your Homework: Conduct thorough research on potential clients, their businesses,  and industry trends to tailor your approach and maximize effectiveness.
  • Know When to Move On: Identify and prioritize high-potential leads, recognizing when to pivot away from less promising opportunities.
  • Sell the End Game: Focus on articulating the long-term benefits and ROI of our software solutions, positioning them as essential tools for achieving client goals.
  • Use the Tech at Your Disposal: Utilize CRM tools, sales automation software, and other technological resources to manage leads, track interactions, and optimize your sales process.
  • Leverage Your Marketing Team: Collaborate with our marketing team to utilize marketing materials, campaigns, and insights to enhance your sales strategy and outreach.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in inside sales within the heavy construction rental software industry or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven ability to research and analyze client needs, effectively use sales technology, and clearly communicate value propositions.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
